The optional Advanced Benefits Module contains a set of human resource components designed to
ease the paperwork and recordkeeping burdens associated with benefits
administration. We call this module our Advanced Benefits
Calculator or "ABC" Module for short. Use the ABC module to identify benefit plans, define eligibility,
record premium costs, and even generate recurring payroll deduction amounts. View every
element of your employee's (and their dependents) benefit package using
our comprehensive benefit displays and reports.

Our Advanced Benefits module gives you everything you need to effectively
administer your organizations benefit plans. One-time setup is
quick - just answer a few questions, fill in a few boxes and
you're ready to go. Everything from identification, to
eligibility, to premium and employee payroll deduction
participation is captured in three
easy steps. Employee and dependent enrollment is just as simple. You select
the benefits and enrollment dates, and the system calculates and completes
the premium, contribution, and even payroll deduction amounts.
Enrollment workbooks, Benefit Confirmation letters, and COBRA compliance

Advanced Benefits Requirements
|

The Advanced Benefits module is an optional add-on component
designed to enhance the functionality of the HRtrax HRMS system. It was
built upon the same framework that provides the foundation for the HRtrax
application and uses many features within that application to support its
operation. As a result, the core HRtrax application must be installed
before the Advanced Benefits module can be added.
