Advanced Benefits Management components include everything you need to setup your benefit plans, enroll your employees, and maintain their benefit records.  Setup is simple; in three easy steps you identify benefits, define eligibility, set premiums and contributions, and even calculate employee payroll deductions.  And with our single-step enrollment process those figures are automatically applied as each employee is enrolled.  Benefit maintenance is managed through familiar screens with a comfortable interface.  Make carrier plan changes at the company level and let the system update each employee benefit and recurring payroll deduction record automatically.  This is the fastest way to get your employee benefit information under control.

 
Benefit Identification
Setting up your benefit plans is easy.  Identify each benefit by carrier, plan code, and type.  Our comprehensive rules-based engine supports a wide range of benefits such as age, wage, fee, coverage, and even custom based plans.  Control eligibility by location, status, qualifying period, and age for employees and their dependents.  Premium costs, contribution amounts, and recurring payroll deductions are also setup at this master table level.  When you need help, one of our trained benefits representatives will guide you step-by-step through the entire setup process.

 
Employee and Dependent Enrollment
Enrolling your employees and their dependents is even easier.  Simply select the benefit code and coverage level, then enter the enrollment dates and you're done.  The system completes the details for employee and dependent premiums, employee and employer contributions, and even calculates recurring payroll deduction amounts - then it forwards those amounts to your payroll system.  Once your employees are enrolled you'll have all the benefit information you need organized in a central location for easy reference and maintenance.

 
Benefit Maintenance
Maintaining benefits is also a simple process.  Changes to individual employee benefits are managed with the same screen used for enrollment.  Age and wage based benefits are monitored by the system and controlled by the user.  Changes to company benefit plans are recorded in the benefit master table and then applied to all actively enrolled employees and their dependents.  New amounts for premiums, contributions, and payroll deductions are generated for each individual affected.  As always, a complete set of history records is automatically maintained by the system reflecting all benefit and payroll deduction records as of any point-in-time.
