HRtrax - OSHA Module

OSHA Form 300 Log of Work-Related Injury or Illness

Record the details of each event by case
number. Identify whether this is an illness or injury, and give a brief description of the event, location, days missed,
etc., as well as how this event is to be reported. All these
details are recorded on a single convenient data entry screen.

OSHA Form 301 Incident Record
|
|
Identify the object or substance that
harmed the employee as well as what the employee was doing at the time
of the incident. This screen also includes space for employer's
notes and additional text. And it is here that we identify the Health care
provider and physician as well as the facility where the employee
sought medical treatment.

Employers 1st Report of Occupational Injury or Illness

Every organization seems to struggle with the preparation of this
report. Within HRtrax we have simplified the task; answer the
relevant questions, fill in the blanks, and print the form using
blank paper and your laser printer. Each report is kept as a
historical record so you can always display, review, or print as
needed.

Employers First Report - User Data
|

Some states may require additional information beyond what commonly
appears on the First Report. When this is the case, use the
user defined tab to tailor the First Report and include the data
needed to complete the report.
