Below are some of the download files that you may need to support various functionality within the HRtrax system.  System requirements as well as download and install instructions are displayed below the details table for each component.  Use the Quick Links box to the right to navigate to the specific download file you are looking for.

 
ICA Client for HRtrax on the Web

System Requirements
  • Microsoft Windows 98 / ME / NT4 / 2000 / XP or later
  • Internet Explorer 5.1 or higher
  • Internet Connection
How to download:
  1. Click on the Download button in the Action column of the file details table below.
  2. Click on the Save button to save the program file to the disk drive on your computer.
  3. Select a temporary folder on your disk drive (for example: C:\temp) then click on the Save button to start the transfer.

How to install:
  1. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the location that you saved the ICA install file (for example: C:\temp).
  2. Locate the download file (ICA32t.exe) and double-click on it.  This will start the installation process.
  3. Follow the prompts until the installation is complete.  Your system should now be ready to connect.
  4. Now use the following link to test the connection:

Sync Interface Program for Mill2
System Requirements
  1. The HRtrax system must already be installed on the local server and available to your workstation.
  2. The Millennium2 Payroll application must already be installed and available to your workstation.
How to download:
  1. Click on the Download button in the Action column of the program details table below.
  2. Click on the Save button to save the setup package to the disk drive on your computer.
  3. Select a temporary folder on your disk drive (for example: C:\temp) then click on the Save button to start the transfer.

How to install (summary):
  1. Locate the setup package that you downloaded above and double-click on it.  Unzip the package to a temporary folder on your workstation (for example C:\temp).  This will create 2 new folders, a  Server  folder and a  wstation  folder.
  2. Run the setupex program located within the  Server  folder.  Follow the prompts until you get to the Choose Destination Location dialog box.
  3. At the Choose Destination Location dialog box, click on the Browse..  button and navigate to the  hrt_xpr  folder within the  HRtrax  folder.
  4. Highlight the  hrt_xpr  folder and click on the OK button to return to the Choose Destination Location dialog box, then click on the Next button and follow the prompts until the setup is finished.
  5. Now run the setupex program located within the  wstation  folder.  Simply follow the prompts until the setup is complete.

    (note - you may need to run the MDAC_TYP.exe or VFPODBC.msi installations to load additional data access drivers depending on the version of Windows your workstation is running)
