application. These conversion services can help speed-up the
implementation process, retain legacy data, or exchange data with a
complimentary system. Use our Instant-Start to load existing data
from your payroll so you can begin using HRtrax almost
immediately. Data Import can convert data from
independent documents maintained in Excel, Access, ASCII, or records from your
legacy human resource system so you can maintain your HR history within
HRtrax. Or, use Data Export
to exchange selected HRtrax information with other systems to increase
accuracy and virtually eliminate double entry situations.

Instant-Start

Our “Instant-Start” tool can be used to set-up the HRtrax
Company tables
and Employee information database from data contained within your
payroll system. This tool will automatically build your
company and populate each employee record so you can begin using
your new HRtrax application almost immediately. The
Instant-Start tool is available for many popular payroll systems,
but, there are some limitations so please
contact us for a current
list of supported systems.

Data Import

Our Data Import service provides methods for importing data into
your new HRtrax system. Many times these import operations involve
converting data from independent source documents such as Excel
spreadsheets, Access tables, CSV text files, or records from your legacy
human resource application.

with human resource data and performing data conversions from
all type of formats. We understand that some if not most
of the employee information in your old system would be useful when loaded

Our Data Export service provides methods for exporting data out of
your HRtrax system. Often times, getting data out of HR is
just as important as putting data in. Our data conversion
staff has extensive knowledge of the HRtrax data structures and is
experienced in exporting data in XLS, ASCII, CVS, and many other
common file formats. We realize that exchanging HR data with
complimentary systems such as your benefit carrier or payroll
provider can be a very valuable feature for your organization.
