Payroll Information
Capture divisions, branches, departments, rates, salary grades and steps as well as earnings, recurring deductions, tax codes and more - everything payroll needs - synchronize this data with your favorite payroll system with a simple mouse-click.

 
Personal Information
Record primary and emergency contact information for employees and their dependents.  You may choose to include employment status, demographic information, job classification, user-defined group, etc..  These are just a sample of some of the personal data elements maintained.

 
New-Hire Data
Document I-9, W4, source of hire, identification, eligibility, citizenship, etc., all in a centralized location for immediate access and verification.  Introductory periods and expirations may be configured for automatic notifications.

 
Position Control
Combine job and position elements to enhance placement information for greater control and analysis.  Tie job descriptions, physical requirements, required skills and objectives to each placement element.  Automatically update head counts, track budget vs. actual cost comparisons, and budget vs. full-time equivalents, etc...
