HRtrax-Web Employee Profiles
HRtrax Employee Profiles contains additional background data about your workforce that complements your basic employee information.  As a standard component of the core Human Resource module, these pages are included to provide a comprehensive view of employee data across the entire application.  Access to critical information needed to support strategic decisions about your personnel is available with just a few clicks of the mouse.  This functionality equips your HR department with the tools they need to manage employee data quickly and effectively.  And, each page supports predefined lists for easy reference and validation.  User composed free-form notes may be attached to any profile record - key a new note or clip and paste note text from an existing document.

 
Awards
Document prior and current awards and honors of those employees who have received recognition for their outstanding performance both within and outside the organization. One click allows you to view and update this information quickly and easily.

 
Education
Record employee education by school or facility as well as degree and major within school or facility. Years completed and credits earned are also tracked.  Customize the profile with additional text by using the notes feature.

 
Experience
Describe prior work experience by organization, employer or location. There are no practical limits on the number of records show dates from/thru as well as years of service, position held, and compensation figures.

 
Facility (company property)
Trace company property that has been issued to each employee using the Facilities page. Each item can be tracked by code, license#, or serial#, as well as the value assigned to each item. Date issued as well as scheduled return and actual return dates are also recorded.

 
Licenses
Identify licenses and certificates held by your employees within the license profile.  Quickly record item description, who issued, date issued, and expiration date for current as well as past credentials.  License or Certificate IDs may also be entered when needed.

 
Skills
Record employee skills by code, date acquired, source of skill, competency level, and date last tested.  Relevant skills are table driven at the company level to speed entry and ensure accuracy.

 
Training
Track courses taken by code and description, status, date completed CEU credits, and educational facility or location.  Free-form notes for each course can be entered to expand upon the data provided.

 
Testing
Document employee testing by test code, results, date and score. Brief comments describe each examination plus the notes feature can be used to add more details about these testing events.
