HRtrax-Web More Features
HRtrax includes even more useful features to address additional HR issues within your organization.  Some of these additional features include: employee review entry and history display for administering employee evaluations, attendance exceptions entry and history which can be useful for tracking FMLA, disciplinary action and grievance events for recording manager and employee complaints, and employee notes which allow you to add comments and other relevant text to an employee's record for future reference.  Simply follow the text below to learn more about each of these additional features.

 
Employee Review Entry and History
Use HRtrax to track employee evaluations and reviews.  Our review component can be setup to automatically enter the end of an employee's introductory period and schedule dates for first as well as subsequent reviews.  Various methods for listing reviews coming due and/or past due are available with review reports.  For example, you can print employee status and change forms for all employees due a review next month, list all employees by supervisor who are scheduled for a review within 45 days, or print review form-sets for all employees within a review date range.  Prior review histories may also be included.

 
Attendance Exceptions & History
Enter and track Attendance Exceptions with our built-in attendance component.  Attendance exceptions are defined as those hours that were scheduled, but not worked and not paid.  These exceptions can be user-defined and become a useful means for tracking FMLA leave as well as many other types of attendance events.  There is no limit to the number of exceptions that can be entered for each employee.  Our attendance history display shows all detail entries by employee within a user selected date range.  This is a great tool for identifying attendance problems within your organization.

 
Disciplinary Action and Grievance
Use HRtrax to track disciplinary and grievance events when necessary.  Our simple setup allows you to standardize entry elements to increase speed and ensure accuracy.  The free form text area can be used to document the specifics of each event.  Optional progression values can be added to track levels of severity.

 
Employee Notes
HRtrax offers extensive notes capability that allows you to record miscellaneous text for each employee.  We refer to these miscellaneous text entries as "traveler notes" and they follow the employee record from screen to screen as you work within the HRtrax system.  Each employee may have up to 99 traveler notes, and each note may contain pages upon pages of descriptive text.  You can enter descriptive text manually or clip and paste from your e-mail or other desktop tools.   Employee notes are available on most employee screen within the system and can be accessed easily with a simple mouse-click.
