HRtrax-Web Reporting Tools
HRtrax Reporting Tools provide you with the ability to quickly and accurately respond to both internal and external information requests.  With over 200 built-in reports and templates covering everything from basic employee lists to job and position control analysis to pay history details, you have just about every reporting option you need.  We have also included a number of compliance forms such as the EEO-1 and OSHA 300/301 logs that make quick work of complicated form requirements.  Use our Report Work-File Generator to select from over 150 employee data elements and output them to any of 12 different file formats for review and analysis in your favorite desktop tool.  Or, create custom reports with the HRtrax RQBE Report Writer.  Select, sort, filter, and format your report in any manner you like using this custom tool.  And, if you have your own reporting tool such as Crystal Reports you can connect to the HRtrax database and build your own reports with your favorite tools.

 
Standard Reports
HRtrax includes more than 200 built-in reports and templates covering everything from basic employee lists to job and position control analysis, to pay history details.  With each report you control who appears on the report, in what order the data is displayed, and where to direct the output.  Output options include preview to the screen, printer for hardcopy, or file for data only.  When output to file is selected, the user may choose from any one of 12 different formats such as Excel, CSV, ASCII text, and more.  A few clicks of the mouse and our standard reports will get you the data you need in the format you desire.

 
Standard Forms
Compliance reporting in the form of EEO-1, Vets 100, OSHA 300 Log / 300A and 301 incident record, Employers 1st Report of Occupational Injury or Illness, Fannie Mae 1005, as well as others are also included with HRtrax Standard Reports.  All data required to complete these forms is maintained as part of the standard HRtrax module.  Options for preview, print, or file output are consistent with the reporting tools throughout the application.  Now, forms that used to take hours can be created in seconds with HRtrax Standard Forms.

 
Report Work-File
The HRtrax Report Work-File Generator allows you to build a report file based on detailed options that you control.  As with our other reporting tools, the Work-File results may be output to any one of 12 different formats such as Excel, CSV, ASCII text, and more.  You can select records by location, placement, and id, then filter those selections by many of the code and status fields used to categorize your employees.  You even have control over which of more than 150 employee data elements are included in the file.  Plus the entire work-file definition may be save as a Template for use again and again, without the need to recreate the detailed request.  Use the Report Work-File to output employee data for review and analysis in your favorite desktop application such as Excel, Word, etc..  It's easy to learn, easy to use, fast, and very very powerful..
